NASA Administrator and former Congressman Jim Bridenstine will headline an EdTalks discussion on how Oklahoma can prepare its workforce to take advantage of innovations in space.

The Tulsa Regional Chamber's EdTalks series presents expert speakers on timely education and workforce topics so business and education leaders can prepare for the future.

Administrator Bridenstine was a Navy fighter pilot and served nine years active duty, including combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. After active duty, he became executive director of the Tulsa Air and Space Museum and Planetarium. Then in 2012, he was elected to represent Oklahoma’s First Congressional District. After six years in Congress serving northeast Oklahoma, he was sworn in as NASA’s 13th administrator in April 2018.
