Join fellow Chamber members to advocate for northeast Oklahoma during the annual OneVoice Washington D.C. Fly-In. This signature federal advocacy trip provides business and community leaders with exclusive access to members of Congress and their staff, and executive branch policymakers. 

 

Travel and lodging

The room block at historic The Mayflower Hotel is now closed. We encourage attendees to secure their own lodging in the area. If you have any questions please reach out to Hannah Bleiberg at [email protected]

Please note that the registration price does not include airfare or hotel accommodations. Attendees will be responsible for securing their own lodging and transportation to Washington, D.C.

Optional Programming:

Along with our formal programming, we will be offering additional optional programming for attendees who plan on flying in early or staying late. This programming will begin as early as May 9 and extend through the evening of May 11. These include tours of the National Air and Space Museum and the African American History Museum, attendance at House and Senate Committee hearings and a tour of the Capitol Dome led by a member of Congress. Chamber staff will contact attendees with more information about these optional program opportunities as we get closer to the trip.
