Join the Tulsa Regional Chamber, area chamber partners and surrounding governmental entities to present the Regional OneVoice Legislative Agena to our federal delegation with a unified voice at the Tulsa Regional Washington D.C. Fly-In.

Your participation is a critical component of the continued advancement and success in the greater Tulsa region. The three-day agenda provides attendees with a direct connection to Oklahoma's federal delegation and plays a crucial role in developing a positive business climate for the Tulsa Region and Northeast Oklahoma. Create relationships with key staff members, learn more about the federal legislative process and advocate on behalf of the top priorities in the region.

Event Registration Information
Early bird registration fee - March 13 - May 9: $600 per person, plus cost of hotel and airfare.
Registration fee - after May 9: $675 per person, plus cost of hotel and airfare.

7:30 - 11:15am Breakfast and Meetings with Congressional Delegation, Federal Agencies and Keynote Speakers: Capitol Visitors Center, Room SVC 209

11:30am U.S. Capitol Group Photo

12:00-1:00pm Lunch: Location TBD

1:30-4:45pm Afternoon Programming/Keynote Speaker Address: Location TBD

5:30pm Attendees meet in hotel lobby to load bus

5:45pm Bus departs for Mount Vernon

7:00pm Group Dinner at Mount Vernon Inn Restuarant: George Washington Room

8:00pm Private Group Tour of Mount Vernon
