The Tulsa Drillers will open their 2017 home schedule on Thursday, April 13 when they host the Midland RockHounds at ONEOK Field. It will be the first of six games in the opening homestand. The Drillers will host the RockHounds (Oakland A's affiliate) for three games April 13-15, and, after an off day on Easter, the Frisco RoughRiders (Texas Rangers affiliate) for three more games April 17-19.

The first five games of the stand will all begin at 7:05 PM. The finale on Wednesday, April 19 will mark the first afternoon game of the year in downtown Tulsa with first pitch time set for 12:05 PM.

A number of activities are planned for Opening Night 2017 to celebrate the return of baseball season. It all begins with the annual Opening Night Parade, presented by Green Country Chevy Dealers, that will start at 6:00 PM on Greenwood Avenue.

Although he will not be signing autographs, Cey will be available to take photos with fans on the stadium concourse.

The opener will also be a Thirsty Thursday with 12-ounce servings of Budweiser and Bud Light along with 16-ounce soft drinks on sale for only $1 each.

Finally, fans will receive a Drillers 2017 schedule magnet as they exit the stadium after the opener compliments of Mazzio's.
