Join the Tulsa Small Business Connection for a special two-part event featuring Tracy Spears and Wally Schmader of Exceptional Leaders Lab. Spears and Schmader have coached more 100,000 professionals through keynotes, conferences, webinars and broadcasts. Their powerful collaborative approach has helped professionals all over the world improve their leadership skills and their understanding of how to positively influence people and organizations.

They have authored several books, including "Exceptional Leaders Playbook" and "What Exceptional Leaders Know." The first 50 registrants will receive a free copy of their new e-book.

8:30-9 a.m. – Business Behind the Scenes

During an installment of the Connection's Business Behind the Scenes, Spears and Schmader will share their business journey and what they've learned along the way.

9-10 a.m. – Women Business Leaders: Leading in Crisis

The second half of the event will be part of the Connection's Women Business Leaders programming, during which Spears will lead an interactive discussion on leadership during a crisis. Any crisis puts a spotlight on leadership, decision-making and communication. The content is appropriate for leaders in any organization including front-line leaders, middle managers, supervisors and executive leaders.
