State of Inclusion elevates and furthers the Tulsa region's efforts to cultivate diverse, equitable and inclusive best practices.


This year, State of Inclusion will feature a keynote address from Silas S. Dulan III, a recognized thought leader on community-driven business practices and Founder & CEO of the Dulan Business Group. 

Silas will then join a panel discussion with Alison Anthony, President & CEO of the Tulsa Area United Way and Bailey J. Seigfried, Vice President of Culture, Communication and Human Resources at NORDAM. The panel, moderated by Jonathan Long, the Chamber's Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, will explore the intersections between business growth, community impact and inclusive leadership under the theme "Business Forward, Community Connected."
