About the Event

Join TYPROS for a fireside chat with Brian Paschal, former Executive Director of TYPROS, and Cassie-Reese Tipton, 2011 TYPROS Chair and Current Chief External Strategy Officer at Parkside Psychiatric Hospital & Clinic, as they reflect on how early leadership, community involvement, and the relationships built through TYPROS shaped their respective career paths.

Drawing from their experiences leading in different capacities within TYPROS, Cassie and Brian will share candid insight into how intentional engagement and relational investment early on can compound over time—creating opportunity, credibility, and long-term professional momentum.

This conversation is for young professionals who are thinking strategically about where they invest their time, relationships, and leadership energy.
