OneVoice Washington D.C. Fly-In 2026

Join fellow Chamber members to advocate for northeast Oklahoma during the annual OneVoice Washington D.C. Fly-In. This signature federal advocacy trip provides business and community leaders with exclusive access to members of Congress and their staff, and executive branch policymakers. In honor of America's 250th birthday, the Tulsa Regional Chamber and Greater Oklahoma City Chamber are proud to host joint programming together during the first two days of this event. This collaboration will present a unified Oklahoma business voice at the federal level.
Travel and lodging
Please note that the registration price does not include airfare or hotel accommodations. Attendees will be responsible for securing their own lodging and transportation to Washington, D.C.

Tuesday, April 14

Wednesday, April 15
- Congressional Briefings/Lunch – Montpelier Room, Library of Congress
Our Joint Programming Day will feature members of Oklahoma's Congressional delegation alongside senior officials representing the U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Department of War, and the Environmental Protection Agency. A subject matter expert will also provide remarks on digital assets and cryptocurrency policy.

The Tulsa Programming Day will bring together a distinguished group of speakers for a series of keynote addresses and fireside chats covering key policy areas, including the pro-business regulatory and legislative landscape, energy and natural resources, affordable housing and homelessness, and Medicaid, Medicare, and behavioral health policy.

By registering, you consent to being photographed during the event and allow the use of your likeness in event photos in recaps, marketing and communications.
U.S. Botanic Garden (USBG) photo and video policy:
- Onsite photography or video taping of events at the USBG must request approval by the USBG prior to the event.
- Any Member of Congress who is attending the event must be made aware that there will be a photographer and/or video camera operator on site taking photographs or video for archival purposes.
- Permission for photographs and video taping must be received in writing (such as an email) from any Congressional Member’s office who will be attending the event is required.
- Anyone taking photographs or video at the event should not tag the USBG or share the location of the event – simply state the event is in Washington, DC.
- Live Streaming of any event at the USBG is not permitted.

2026 OneVoice Legislative Agenda
Representing business-driven consensus on northeast Oklahoma's top policy priorities, the 2026 OneVoice Regional Legislative Agenda will guide the Chamber's advocacy efforts throughout the year. The agenda's 15 state and 15 federal priorities are the result of collaboration between more than 300 individuals from hundreds of businesses and more than 75 chambers of commerce, municipalities, counties and economic development organizations.
