About the Event
Join us April 23 for the Tulsa Regional Chamber's second Women's Programming Event of 2026 - a members-only event to connect, inspire, and champion women across our region. Enjoy breakfast and build meaningful connections with fellow professionals and change-makers. Please note that if you buy three or more tickets, we cannot guarantee seating at the same table.
Speaker
The event features comments from award-winning and bestselling author Meg Myers Morgan, PhD. Her presentation, "The Unraveling: How to Untangle Yourself from What is No Longer Serving You," will help attendees have a clearer understanding of why they feel the way they do, practical tools to trace the root causes rather than just the symptoms, simple but profound exercises for processing emotions instead of outrunning them and one deliberate step they can take to come back to themselves. Through the story of her fictional hero, Gemma— from the No. 1 best-selling novel The Inconvenient Unraveling of Gemma Sinclair—Meg guides audiences through a five-part journey: tug, tangle, tease, tatter, and thread. Together, they trace how we come to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and how to begin untangling from what’s been holding us back so we can reweave something more honest, spacious, and whole. Local non-profit Magic City Books will be on-site selling the book.
The event will also include comments from Carrie Clasen Porter, Chief Operating Officer, Wealth Management for presenting sponsor Bank of Oklahoma:
