The Chamber's second HR Forum of the year will introduce the reimagined Tulsa’s NextGen Talent (TNT) initiative and bring together local interns, youth development participants, employers, and community partners for a networking-focused forum. Participating HR professionals and organizations will provide brief overviews of their companies, industries and workforce opportunities, and interns and youth participants will share their career interests, experiences and areas of involvement.

As TNT continues to evolve, the initiative is expanding to better connect employers with the emerging workforce being developed through youth-serving organizations and early-career talent programs across the Tulsa region. This gathering is designed to strengthen relationships, increase awareness of local talent pipelines, and foster meaningful connections between employers and the next generation of talent.
