Join us September 24 for the Tulsa Regional Chamber's final Women's Programming Event of 2026 - a members-only event to connect, inspire, and champion women across our region. Enjoy breakfast and build meaningful connections with fellow professionals and change-makers. Please note that if you buy three or more tickets, we cannot guarantee seating at the same table.

Speaker and Feature Presentation

The event features "High Courage Conversations: Leading with Clarity and Candor" from leadership strategist, executive coach and master leadership trainer Lauren Sweeney, SHRM-CP, B.S. In today’s fast-paced and complex workplaces, the conversations we avoid are often the ones that matter most. This engaging session equips women leaders with the mindset and tools to navigate high-stakes conversations with clarity, confidence and compassion. Participants will learn how to speak up with intention, address conflict productively, and build trust through honest dialogue—transforming tension into stronger relationships, better decisions, and meaningful results.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to costs incurred for attendee registrations, this policy ensures effective management of Chamber resources for events. Individual tickets (member and non-member) are eligible for full refunds up to three weeks before the event. Individual tickets (member and non-member) are transferrable only to another individual within the same organization up until 10 business days before the event. Partial or no-show refunds are not available.
