About the Event

What makes a downtown somewhere you want to spend time, build a career and maybe even call home?

In partnership with Campus Tulsa’s What’s Next Block Party, TYPROS is bringing together our members and college students from across the region to take a closer look at downtown Tulsa through the eyes of the people who could help shape its next chapter.

Before the What’s Next Block Party, participants will break into groups and walk multiple routes through downtown, paying attention to the things that shape how we experience a place: connectivity, walkability, public spaces, amenities, development opportunities and the small details that make somewhere feel welcoming and worth coming back to.

The goal isn’t just to walk downtown. It’s to see it differently and capture real feedback from young people about what’s working, what could be better and what would make downtown an even stronger place to work, live and build a future. Following those routes, we'll do a brief report out at the 7N Buildings on North Cheyenne and then we’ll head to Guthrie Green to join the What’s Next Block Party and celebrate everything Tulsa already has to offer.

Come curious. Wear comfortable shoes. Help us imagine what’s next for downtown Tulsa.
