The Chamber's final Congressional Forum of 2026 will take place on Oct. 21. Congressional Forums provide opportunities for the northeast Oklahoma business community to hear directly from members of the state's federal delegation. 

Guest Speaker (tentative and subject to change):

U.S. Rep. Frank Lucas is a fifth-generation Oklahoman who has represented Oklahoma’s third congressional district since being first elected to Congress in 1994. This district covers all or part of 32 counties in northern and western Oklahoma, from the Panhandle to part of Tulsa. Congressman Lucas is the Republican's longest serving member on both the House Committee on Financial Services, as well as the House Committee on Agricultural, which he chaired from 2011-15. He has been a champion for Oklahoma’s business community and a leading voice on agriculture and energy issues.

Prior to his service in Congress, Lucas served five and a half years in the Oklahoma House of Representatives, where he fought to defend the rights of private property owners and focused on promoting agriculture issues.  

Congressman Lucas will participate in a Q&A and share an overview of national events and his work. 

Because of unpredictability in Congressional calendars, Congressional Forum speakers are tentative and subject to change.

• Ticket sales will close Monday, Oct. 19. No walk-ins or day-of registrations will be allowed.
