About the Event

Each year, the Tulsa Regional Chamber assembles a delegation of approximately 100 community leaders to visit a peer city and learn best practices. Intercity Visits are an opportunity for Chamber members and staff, elected officials, business leaders, educational administrators, young professionals and regional partners to gather ideas and insights from cities overcoming challenges similar to our own.

Travel and lodging:

Please be advised that the registration fee does not include airfare or hotel accommodations. A discounted room block link for Crossroads Kansas City will be accessible after you register for the event. The hotel will honor the $249 rate for three days before and after the event for attendees who choose to arrive early or stay late in Kansas City. The hotel block's deadline is Monday, Sept 7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to costs incurred for attendee registrations, this policy ensures effective management of Chamber resources for events. Individual tickets (member and non-member) are eligible for full refunds up to three weeks before the event. Individual tickets (member and non-member) are transferrable only to another individual within the same organization up until 10 business days before the event. Partial or no-show refunds are not available.
