About The Event
One of the Tulsa Regional Chamber's signature events, the State of the Economy and Tulsa's Future Annual Meeting examines the local, state and global economies. In addition to key speakers and panel discussions, the event will also feature an update on Tulsa's Future, a Chamber-led, multi-county regional economic development partnership supported by public and private investors.
For media inquiries, please contact Rhett Morgan, the Chamber's director of communications.
Key Speakers
BOK Financial Chief Investment Strategist Steve M. Wyett, CFA, will deliver the event's keynote address. He joined Bank of Oklahoma in 2005 as a senior portfolio manager and has served in various roles since, most recently as the private wealth managing director-investments before beginning his current role in May 2020. Wyett earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Oklahoma State University and began his investment career in the early 1980s as an institutional bond salesman for First National Bank of Oklahoma City. He remained in institutional bond sales until the late 1990s when he joined Tom Johnston Investment Management Inc. as their head equity trader and fixed income SMA manager. While there, he attained his CFA Charter and was an analyst, investment committee member and portfolio manager.
