Nomination Form

Use the form below to nominate outstanding Tulsa-area small businesses to be recognized at the 2026 Tulsa Small Business Awards on Thursday, September 3, 2026. Nominees will be reviewed by an independent panel of judges, and winners will be announced before the awards event.

Guidelines

Requirements:

• Must be in business for a minimum of three years
• Cannot have won in the same category within the past five years
• Cannot be a nonprofit organization
• Must be a Chamber member to win
• Must have fewer than 250 employees

Additional Information:

• Nominees will be asked to complete an application which will be sent to third-party judges for review
• Winners will be featured in Chamber promotions
• Please do not nominate yourself more than once
• Nominations close on April 6
• The awards event will take place on September 3
