MAILING LIST RENTAL AGREEMENT

The renter understands and agrees that the Tulsa Regional Chamber has authorized the use of its membership listing for the express purpose of a one-time mailing and that any future use is not permitted. The mailing list renter agrees that they will not disclose, transfer, duplicate or reproduce any portion of the list.

The renter understands and agrees that the rental or use of this mailing list is in no way an endorsement by the Tulsa Regional Chamber. The Tulsa Regional Chamber or membership in the Chamber may not be referenced on any portion of the marketing or mailing piece to be sent.

The mailing list renter agrees that the Tulsa Regional Chamber will have the right to monitor the use of the membership list. Furthermore, the Tulsa Regional Chamber has the right to deny rental of the list based on a review of the materials to be mailed or to any company whose products or services may be in conflict with the Chamber.

Order placement indicates complete acceptance of the conditions above and constitutes a contract between the Chamber and the mailing list renter.

The mailing list cost is $350. Your card will be charged upon submission of this form.
