Tulsa Small Business Awards

The Tulsa Small Business Awards celebrate the innovation, resilience and impact of small businesses across northeast Oklahoma. Hosted annually by the Tulsa Regional Chamber, this event brings together local business leaders for an evening of networking, cocktails, dinner and formal recognition of outstanding small business owners.

Sponsoring the Tulsa Small Business Awards is an excellent opportunity to support Tulsa’s thriving small business ecosystem and connect with business leaders from across the region.

Each year, nominees are reviewed by an independent panel of judges and honored for their contributions not only to their own companies but also to the region’s broader business community.

Tulsa Small Business Awards Process

Small businesses are integral to northeast Oklahoma’s prosperity and business growth, and the Chamber annually recognizes area businesses for their incredible work. The Chamber's Small Business Awards honor the region's small business leaders for their work not only in their business but for the region's business community. Small Business Award winners are nominated by their peers and are then asked to complete an award application sharing examples of their innovation and response to adversity. Award applications will be reviewed by outside judges, and award winners will be announced at the Tulsa Small Business Awards in September.

2026 Award Categories

Small Business Person of the Year This award recognizes a small business owner who has fostered northeast Oklahoma's small business ecosystem by being a leader in their business and in the community. This person has successfully grown their company, responded to adversity, and given back to the small business and/or nonprofit community.	Young Entrepreneur of the Year This award recognizes entrepreneurs who are under 40 and who are past their third year of business. This person has demonstrated the potential necessary for long-term growth and is active in the entrepreneurial community through advocacy, education and/or mentorship.
Manufacturer of the Year Our Manufacturer of the Year award recognizes local manufacturers for their staying power and innovation in the current economic conditions. This owner or organization has shown expertise in their field and advocates for the regional manufacturing industry.	Entrepreneurial Success This award celebrates our visionary entrepreneurs who have turned an idea into a successful and growing business. You do not have to be a small business owner to be nominated for this award.
Family Owned Business of the Year This award recognizes a second (or more) generation business that has been open for at least 15 years. This business has demonstrated the potential for long-term growth and has shown support for employees and the community.
