Tulsa311 now available to Tulsa residents

Tulsa311, the new customer-relations management system, is now available to Tulsa residents. Tulsa311 is a one-stop shop aimed at convenience for our customers and provides a variety of platforms for residents to contact the City of Tulsa, including: A self-serve website, mobile app, phone number and online chat feature

Here are some things you need to know:

  • The 311 exchange is active and in use, and as of today citizens may report issues in multiple ways.
  • The 311 Call Center is operated by the Customer Care Department.
  • The phone number, (918) 596-2100, will continue to be answered and will roll over to the 311 phone exchange.
  • The email for 311 is: [email protected]
  • The self-serve website is: www.tulsa311.com. Service orders are immediately sent to the appropriate department for response.
  • When registered with a Tulsa311 website account, citizens can manage and receive updates on service orders they submit to the City of Tulsa. Try it out. Register at Tulsa311 to create your own account and get a better understanding of the system so you can help educate our customers.
  • For the first time in City history, citizens can now report city-related issues using mobile smartphones and online chat. The Android app is currently available for download in the Google Play store and the iPhone app is available for download in the Apple Store. Both mobile applications are free to download for users and you can search for the app with the keyword Tulsa311 (no space).
  • Online chat is available from the City’s website, www.cityoftulsa.org. The chat feature is available to customers during regularly scheduled business hours.
  • If you now list the (918) 596-2100 number on printed and educational/informational materials and/or door hangers, please review your materials to begin the changeover to the 311 number on materials when you print next. The 2100 number will rollover to 311, so there is no need to change out the number on printed materials until you have a need to reproduce more copies.
  • All phone numbers used now for utilities services will continue to be answered and those numbers will continue to be used indefinitely: (918) 596-9777 for refuse and (918) 596-9511 for water and sewer. 311 call takers will route calls to those numbers as needed.
  • Please inform customers who may have problems with logging on, registering, or who don’t want to register online or use a smart phone app, that they may just call 311 to report or request a service.
