Tulsa Mayor G.T. Bynum shared his initial list of projects for the proposed four-year, $772 million Improve Our Tulsa extension. The list is headlined by $75 million for additional housing and $249 million for city facility improvements. Like the previous Improve Our Tulsa packages, this plan also includes a large portion, $279 million in this package, dedicated to roads and infrastructure. Additional funds for the city's park system and support for the construction of the new Gilcrease Museum also made the mayor's list of proposed projects. 

Tulsa Regional Chamber volunteers and staff have been meeting with Mayor Bynum for several months discussing various items included in the proposed Improve Our Tulsa extension. The City of Tulsa will hold public meetings and forums over the next two months to debate the proposed list of projects before a plan is finalized in May. The Improve Our Tulsa extension vote is scheduled for August 8.
