Tulsa’s Young Professionals (TYPROS), a Community Development initiative of the Tulsa Regional Chamber, kicked off the new year by drawing a record 96 attendees to its first Pub Club event of 2026 on Tuesday at downtown Tulsa’s Cabin Boys Brewery.
Like the Chamber’s Member Mingle events, Pub Club serves as TYPROS’ primary space for networking and peer connection across the full membership, with guests and young professionals interested in joining TYPROS welcome to attend, as well. Hosted at a different location each month, Pub Club brings variety, energy and community.
“This is the front door to what TYPROS has to offer to help you grow civically, professionally and personally,” said Reagan Gowens, TYPROS executive director. “I’m looking forward to connecting people with opportunities to grow in their understanding of what their place is in the Tulsa business community.”
Many of TYPROS leadership team were in attendance, including 2026 Chair Hayden Hanoch, who also works with commercial lending at Gateway First Bank.
“(TYPROS Pub Club) creates an opportunity for people to come together; Young professionals – no agenda – just make connections, make friends,” Hanoch said. “I've made valuable business connections and it's really the opportunity. You're meeting the future leaders of businesses, of the Tulsa community, and it's also great in-person interaction.”
For those that missed January’s Pub Club, the next will be Tuesday, Feb. 17 at American Solera. More TYPROS events can also be viewed at its events page.
‘Get On Board’ with TYPROS and Leadership Tulsa
Tulsa’s business community is strongest when its emerging leaders are engaged, informed and invested in the future of our city. Applications are now open for Get on Board, a TYPROS and Leadership Tulsa collaboration, which is designed for young professionals who want to play a meaningful role in shaping Tulsa’s nonprofit and civic landscape.
This program provides board internships for real exposure to governance, decision-making and organizational leadership, plus a structured pathway to deepen community engagement, expand perspective and invest time and talent into the organizations helping move Tulsa forward.
Applications close Feb. 17, and participants will be notified by March 9. We encourage all who are ready to strengthen their leadership and increase their impact on Tulsa’s future to apply.

To encourage repeat attendees, TYPROS Pub Club distributed punch cards at January's event. The events will be held monthly at various local businesses through October.

TYPROS Pub Clubs are open to members, their guests and those who want to join.
