At its Annual Meeting and Inauguration Thursday, the Tulsa Regional Chamber inaugurated Dr. Cliff Robertson, president and CEO of Saint Francis Health System, as the 2026 chair of its Board of Directors.
During the lunchtime event, Robertson told a crowd of more than 1,200 people at the Arvest Convention Center that it’s time to play a role in building a healthy regional community.
Adhering to that theme, he said he wants to lead three initiatives: help the Chamber educate and mobilize the business community by hosting quarterly briefings focused on public safety; recruit out-of-region talent and advance the conversation around mental health as infrastructure and supporting efforts that improve regional awareness, access and coordination.
Robertson also announced that Kansas City, Mo. will be site of the Chamber's 17th annual Intercity Visit in October.
“I invite each of you to participate in the Chamber’s efforts to create a healthy region,” he told the audience. “Participate in public safety and community briefings, learn about the needs of our mental health providers, contribute stories and data to the talent resource hub and stay engaged in the OneVoice process as we move throughout the year ahead. If you do it often enough, our community will build muscle memory, grow and get stronger.
Robertson succeeds 2025 Chair Bill Knight, who detailed the successes of his tenure. Knight, owner and president of Bill Knight Automotive, also presented awards to the Chamber’s most outstanding partners during 2025:
- Economic Development Partner of the Year: Jim Bridenstine, The Artemis Group
- Regional Tourism POTY: Kirk Hays, Arvest Bank
- Government Affairs POTY: Oklahoma State Sen. John Haste, Oklahoma State Rep. Toni Hasenbeck and Oklahoma State Sen. Ally Seifried
- Community Development POTY: Lauren Miers, TYPROS 2025 Chair
- Resource Development POTY: Nicole Morgan, Resolute PR
- Regional POTY: David Stewart and MidAmerica Industrial Park
- Lifetime Achievement: Alan Armstrong, Williams
“We owe our success this past year to our outstanding members, investors and partners,” said Mike Neal, president and CEO of the Tulsa Regional Chamber. “The annual Partner of the Year awards serve as a public thank you to the people who go out of their way to boost the Chamber’s initiatives throughout the year. They allow us to excel and help broaden our vision for regional economic growth and community prosperity.”
