Mosaic is the Chamber’s diversity business council. The primary focus of Mosaic is to create awareness about the competitive advantage of having a diverse and inclusive business climate in our region.
Mosaic seeks to leverage the region’s diversity to improve perceptions of our community and grow the economy. Ultimately, Mosaic wishes to catapult the Tulsa region into the forefront of diversity and inclusion through talent recruitment initiatives and business retention and expansion efforts.
Mission: Mosaic will educate, lead, and influence businesses on creating diverse and inclusive workforce cultures to enhance their competitive advantage.
Vision: Mosaic will catapult Tulsa into the forefront of diversity & inclusion leadership.

Attend a meeting
All meetings held on the third Tuesday of every month from 8 to 9 a.m. at Oklahomans For Equality, 621 E 4th Street
Join a committee
• Business Services: promote and identify diversity and inclusion resources for businesses
• Communications: identify opportunities for creating better outreach to the business community
• Legislative: review, evaluate and recommend stances on political issues that affect the mission, vision and core values of Mosaic
• Membership: grow business participation and engagement in council
