Here at the Tulsa Regional Chamber, our mission is to transform the Tulsa region by attracting and retaining employers, talent and tourism for long-term prosperity.

Wednesday is Support Your Local Chamber Day, and we believe that the success of our Chamber’s mission is important to the prosperity of our community:

  • 91% of U.S. adults agree that their local chamber has an impact on growing businesses locally.
  • 88% of U.S. adults agree that their local chamber has an impact on addressing challenges within their community.
  • 81% of U.S. adults agree that their local chamber is a trusted resource and partner for business.
  • 76% of U.S. adults agree that local chambers are stewards of a strong local economy.
  • 65% of business owners see their local chamber as an advocate for initiatives and policies that are in the best interest of their business.

The Tulsa Regional Chamber partners with local communities, businesses and organizations through four initiatives:

  • Economic Development: Northeast Oklahoma's communities collaborate – rather than compete – to attract investment and create jobs. From supporting companies relocating to or expanding in the region to supporting the growth of small businesses and startups, the Chamber combines economic and workforce development into a holistic strategy for regional growth.
  • Regional Tourism: The Chamber's destination marketing organization, Tulsa Regional Tourism, leverages northeast Oklahoma's competitive identity to market Tulsa as a destination for tourism, sports and culture.
  • Government Affairs: The Chamber is northeast Oklahoma's leading voice for business-driven advocacy, and there are many ways to get involved. Attend any of the legislative events, participate in creating the OneVoice Regional Legislative Agenda or travel with local leaders on advocacy trips to Oklahoma City and Washington, D.C.
  • Community Development: All the Tulsa Regional Chamber's programs are focused on making northeast Oklahoma a vibrant place to live, work and visit. From developing the next generation of civic and business leaders to fostering equitable economic outcomes, the Chamber engages with a broad network of stakeholders to enhance the quality of community life in the Tulsa region.

The Chamber’s programming leads to a better-informed, more civic-minded populace, with greater investments, financially and otherwise. This includes:

  • Tulsa’s Future: The Chamber's multi-county regional economic development partnership that has been supported by public and private investors since 2005.
  • TYPROS: A young professionals organization housed at the Chamber. The group's mission is to attract and retain young talent to the Tulsa region, develop the next generation of civic and business leaders, and enhance Tulsa's sense of place. It hosts dozens of social gatherings, networking events and community service opportunities each year.
  • OneVoice Regional Legislative Agenda: Representing business-driven consensus on northeast Oklahoma's top policy priorities, the agenda guides the Chamber's efforts throughout the year. The agenda's 15 state and 15 federal priorities are the result of collaboration between more than 300 people from hundreds of businesses and more than 75 chambers of commerce, municipalities, counties and economic development organizations.

Happy Support Your Local Chamber Day! We are proud to serve as the community’s Partners in Prosperity.
